Ally Bank?

I feel like a few years ago everyone used to recommend Ally and now it’s crickets. Discover is warping into capital one and I am not interested in the hassle. (Btw- what’s happening to the Discover IT cards?)

Anyways, they have my HYSA and I want to switch. I heard people would open both a HYSA and a checking with Ally so that they could get money out same day via Zelle, but i’m not sure if that’s true or if maybe other banks also offer that?

Convenience, Decent APY and not-being-capital-one are priorities for me. Is Ally on the chopping block for some reason? Who else should I consider?

dreaming of peeing a sign of a seizure?

I started having seizures 3-4 months ago, but didn’t know they were seizures until my new neuro clocked my “sleep disturbances” as the obvious seizures that they were.

sometimes these are really obvious- i wake up biting my tongue so hard i feel like it’s going to come clean off, im curled over on myself, sometimes there’s drool everywhere, feels like someone hit my head with a baseball bat, etc, and one time i peed. 🥹 (my first night in a new adore me lingerie set. go figure).

but since onset, on nights when im NOT having super obvious seizures, im waking up at 3 or 5 in the morning thinking that i cant breathe/ that im dying. and there’s no GERD/ apnea gasp or drama about it. i simply wake up and think “i am dying.” or “i was going to die right now if i didnt wake up.” no associated nightmare. just bad vibes. rancid vibes, really.

the other thing that’s happening is that im having a dream that im peeing and im SECONDS within peeing the bed before waking up and scurrying to the bathroom. it started BEFORE i actually ever peed in bed but after my seizures started. (maybe it isn’t a dream and my body just feels aware?)

my question is, could these be seizures too? can you dream during a seizure? are the bad vibes potentially seizures?

my neuro hasn’t medicated me. ambulatory EEG isn’t until the end of june.

Actually, my brother got to him not once, but twice… which feels like an oversight on the prisons part, but we aren’t complaining.

This incident (the first, to be clear) basically ruined everyone’s life that this touched- all in unexpected, fucked up ways on top of the ways that you would expect.

There is no part of this story that isn’t sad or traumatic, aside from me like high fiving my brother about this whole thing once I eventually could.
