I fell the break effect is low

guys i am struggling with the endgame content i only have one good team eva,yao team and all other teams are half baked and no none of the charecteres have S1(all of them use the light cones from herta store or forgoten hall shop or some from pulling, all the light cones i use are 4/5 star) and alomst all the charecters are E0(except trailblazer and march, some 4 star charecters like gallagher)

shoud i pull for blade or yao or next comming Phainon or Cyrene or somthing else, what am i missing Dps or support or sustain or somthing else what should i pull for and what teams should i build for the end game content (as of now i cant beat end game content)

I was scrolling red note and I see most of people's setup are like this with toys, plushie, monitor. doesn't it looks too dense ?? is this normal ??
