New dermatologist

So I went back to my dermatologist because we’ve really only been focusing on my acne. A few months ago, she mentioned a compound cream with kojic acid, niacinamide, and azelaic acid, but at the time I declined and just stuck with azelaic acid - which isn’t doing ANYTHING.

At this visit, I finally asked her about the dark marks on my temples and cheeks that appear to be getting darker. She said it’s not melasma, but something like genetic hyperpigmentation, and that it’s treated similarly. However, she said she’s not comfortable prescribing the compound right now because it’s summer and would prefer to treat it in the winter.

I’m also noticing the dark marks seem to be getting darker over time. I’m really diligent with sunscreen and reapply often, so now I’m wondering if that reasoning is valid or if I should consider seeing a different dermatologist. Reinserting my picture for a visual

Just a girl that needs advice

Hey y’all! I have a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Sahara and after having it for a couple years, I’m thinking about switching to 33” tires. I’ve always liked the stock look, but bigger tires are definitely growing on me.

I’m 4’11”, so I don’t plan on lifting it, but I’m wondering what wheel size works best with 33s without a lift. Also, will 33s rub at all on stock height? I think that’s the Rubicon size.

I’m in Charlotte, NC and do a good amount of interstate driving, so if anyone has shop recommendations around here, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!!

Melasma?

I've been suffering for a reoccurring, dark marks and acne all my life. I'm clearing up most of my acne, however I noticed that I have dark patches on my cheek area and chin, and sometimes my forehead. I go to a dermatologist and for some reason, she never mentions that it could be melasma, but she'll just say I have some hyperpigmentation. My last visit she offered a compound topical with kojic acid, azelaic acid, and niacinamide. I turned it down because I want to do research, but I want know you guys thoughts on the compound or if it looks like I even have melasma.
