Ordering system is a joke

I ordered a pomni pendant 2 months ago. Decided to cancel my order since im not waiting 6 months for a plushie and file their official pages to get a refund. Its been almost a month and they dont answer neither did I get a refund. This is a joke. Anyone having similar issues?

Emochi ads are literal bull

Anytime I draw on ibispaint I get those kind of ads. I also get emochi ads with literal child characters doing ahegaos. Full on toddler characters. Binkies. Tooth gaps and all. Brother emochi is a breeding ground for predators and I have no idea how to get rid of them
