Last minute interview for role
Company I have interviewed for a couple times before reached out last minute to interview for a role and immediately put me into round 2 and after round 2 i went onto final interviews. Good sign they reached out last minute? So they interview a bunch of people beforehand for round 1 and 2 then get me involved either feels like a top candidate dropped out or they didn’t like any of the candidates or they just needed someone else fill the slots for the next round. I have good experience but it isn’t exact experience for this role. If they had the candidate they wanted then it doesn’t make sense why they even call me right before round 3 basically.
