Clarinet issue or me issue?

Heyo, I am a senior high marching and symphonic student. I've had this issue for over a year now, but it's been coming back and fourth. When marching, some notes (specifically C, D, E in the second octave) let's out a chirp. I can play those notes comfortably in general. The chirping only happens at the beginning of the note.

I really just wanted to ask to see if anyone had an idea so I can tell them what to possibly fix. I've changed reed sizes back and fourth, did a yearly maintenance, but it's still pretty bad.

A little help..?

Need a little help as a reptile keeper. I am really worried, since I am a HUGE reptile person who takes care of my own. I am still in highschool, but I'm unsure how to deal with going to a university that doesn't allow pets. I would like to have my own place so I can get more reptiles (since I am not allowed to have much living with my mother) yet I need a good paying job... And with that, I need to go to college or uni 💔

I am also wondering where to rescue older reptiles? I always look on the sketchy marketplace but I am not really willing to pay to rescue some. I just want to adopt a beardie, maybe a bp or milk that's in its older years so I don't need to surrender or carry them through college.

P.s: I DO have the money for food and tanks!! I have a lot of extra ones from my leopard gecko alone. She's in a 85 gal now, but I have a 50 and a 10 currently that I can sell and get a larger one if needed for another reptile. Also lots of bugs and snacks for my baby. I am just so pent up and really want to experience different reptiles.

Thanks for reading, and if I'm thinking of doing something that would be a wrong move, please correct me.
