SF 3112B Supervisor Statement -

Hey y'all,

My supervisor is completely onboard and supportive of me filing.

I don't really have negative performance, as I've been struggling working off hours to keep up.

My question is, how lengthy, or I guess just general tips for those who have gotten this approved, any suggestions or tips? Should my supervisor statement only fit block b? Or should he continue on another page?

Do you cite specific projects and assignments that were late or incorrect? Or like what specifically should my supervisor be writing here?

Any suggestions would be most helpful.

Plz help, trying to prove my wife wrong... Movement in showerhead.

Hi y'all,

I'm really trying to get better with home repairs and stuff like that. I'm the least handyman of all time. I have a lot of movement in my showerhead. I used AI and watched YouTube videos and thought it would be a loose or missing screw behind the circle piece covering the hole/pipes.

Well to my surprise I can't see any screws at all.

So, now I have no idea how I can safely secure my showerhead.

Any suggestions? I thought this might be a simple missing screw but now I have no idea. AI is saying it might be somewhere in the floor... And that's a bridge to far for me.

I could hire a plumber of course but thought I'd ask here first.

Any advice is greatly appreciated as my wife thinks I'm an idiot when it comes to home repair.

Thanks.

Read somewhere all doctor's signature must be in ink, NOT digital...

Hey y'all,

I'm building my packages and read someone posted that the doctor's statements must be signed in pen ink.

My question is, I already have the paperwork my agency requested to my doctors.which were all digitally signed, and then I created an addendum (to specifically address OPM language, such as my disability will last longer than 12 months) for my doctor's and each one again, digitally signed.

Before I submit, what should I do? Do I ask them to recreate all the paperwork and pen ink sign it? If so, are they back dating these documents? Or do they use the current date?

Would I still include the original digitally signed docs as well?

My agency never told me these had to be ink signed.

Trying to avoid this package being rejected.

Thanks for all tips or suggestions!

SF-3112 Questions for those that were successful

Hey y'all,

So I'm in the RA process of my agency looking for jobs over the next 30 days.

My RA director and POC strongly suggested I also work on my medical disability paperwork.

I'm working on the SF-3112, but I'm wondering how long it should be? So I've googled that I should list "SF 3112 Continuation Sheet" to help answer some of these questions.

I'm trying to also use AI to help draft this but for example my block 5 answers are a full page and a half long.

Should it be that detailed with specific work examples, dates, projects, or higher level?

Any tips would be great.

Also any good online sources you recommend?

Mirrors...what do you use/suggest?

Hey y'all,

So I've tried the 360 mirror with a tripod from Amazon. Had to return it as the tripod couldn't hold the 360 mirror within tilting so much that I could no longer see my head.

I have really high doors in my house, maybe 10 feet or so.

I'm looking to see what you all suggest for mirrors. I always self cut in the bathroom but of course the back is the hardest part for me.

I currently just use my wife's small circle handheld mirror and struggle on the left side of my head.

I'm wondering if perhaps a type of suction mirror(s) could solve my struggle.

It's only my 3rd cut and it's bad, so not gonna post any photos yet. But each time I get better so that's the point.

Thanks for any assistance.

Hey y'all,

Like most of you, I'm stick to death with my local barbers wanting to charge $70-$80 a cut.

So I'm starting this process to self cut my own hair.

I've read a lot online, and most seem to list #1,#2,#3 guards.

But if I wanted to start from 0/razer fade up as a mid fade, would I still use 3 guards? If so, is 1,2,3 ideal?

As I'm a beginner, I'm not looking for barber style fades but just a good starting point where I can improve over the next few months/year.

Thanks y'all!
