Christine Lee Hanson - youngest 9/11 victim
My friends, with one month to go until 25 years since the attacks, I wanted to take the time to honor victims on a near daily basis.
Christine Lee Hanson was born in February of 1999 to Peter and Sue Hanson. She loved to play with her stuffed animals and helping her dad in the garden. After her and her family were done planting, a little Christine would say to the tree or plant: “ I bet you are thirsty. Let me feed you and give you a hug.”
On 9/11, Christine and her parents boarded United airlines flight 175 for an exciting trip to Disneyland. The plane was hyjacked and flew into the south tower at 9:03, killing the whole family and all other passengers.
At the tender age of 2, Christine is the youngest 9/11 victim. She would be 27 today.
