One of my colleagues wife passed away and obviously he has taken some time off, he only works Saturday & Sunday late shifts (Driver) he’s returned and told ASDA he will struggle to work weekends now due to childcare and requested a few mid week shift’s they have gave him 1 week to make a decision. Work the weekends or leave. No sympathy whatsoever from the company. What’s everyone’s thoughts on this?
