Finally got Lead Notifi talking to Claude via MCP, sharing how

so I've been using LeadNotifi for our WhatsApp + IG + Messenger stuff for a few months now (started with just WhatsApp, ended up moving everything Meta-related into it because managing 3 inboxes separately was killing me). anyway last week I finally got around to connecting it up through MCP and honestly it's been more useful than I expected, figured I'd write it up since a couple people in the automation subs have asked me about this.

quick background if you don't know LeadNotifi — it's basically a WhatsApp Business API platform that also folds in Instagram and Messenger, so you get one place for bulk campaigns, chatbots, lead capture, all that. what it doesn't really do natively is let you just ask it things. you still have to go into the dashboard, filter, click around.

that's where MCP comes in. if you haven't messed with it, MCP is the protocol that lets AI assistants call tools on other platforms directly instead of you doing everything through a UI. so once you wire LeadNotifi up as an MCP server, you can literally just ask Claude something like "which leads from yesterday's campaign haven't replied yet" and it goes and pulls that instead of me digging through the CRM.

setup wise it wasn't too bad:

  • Lead Notifi's API gets exposed as MCP tools (auth is just API key)
  • you point your AI client at the MCP server url
  • from there the assistant can call stuff like fetching conversations, sending a campaign, tagging leads, pulling performance numbers

I built a tool that lets businesses manage WhatsApp, Instagram & Messenger from one inbox — sharing what I learned

Hey everyone,

I run a SaaS called Lead Notifi and wanted to share it here for anyone struggling with the same problem I saw constantly: businesses drowning in customer messages spread across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and Facebook Messenger, with no way to manage or automate any of it.

So I built a platform on the official WhatsApp Business API that handles all three channels from one dashboard. What it does:

  • Bulk WhatsApp campaigns — reach 10,000+ customers in about a minute (green tick, no bans, since it's the official API)
  • Automation — auto-replies, follow-ups, and drip sequences
  • AI chatbots — handle sales and support 24/7
  • Shopify integration — abandoned cart recovery and order updates on WhatsApp
  • Instagram DMs — auto-reply to comments and messages
  • Messenger — every FB lead managed automatically
  • Unified inbox — all three channels in one place
  • Chat widget — turns website visitors into WhatsApp leads

The biggest lesson from building this: most businesses lose leads not because of bad marketing, but because they reply too late. Automating that first response alone recovers a huge chunk of lost sales.

Happy to answer any questions about the WhatsApp Business API, Meta's approval process, or automation setups — I've been deep in that world for a while now. Also open to honest feedback on the product.
