I plan on doing a Hyrox event around 2/11/27 (about 25 weeks away). I’ve read through TB3 and I’m currently on week 2 of base building. How would you guys plan up using a TB3? I did a Hyrox in 2025 with zero training geared towards it and definitely felt it.
