I have a Kobo Libra 2 which just completely died and wouldn't reboot. I contacted Kobo and the only solution offered for my 3 year old ereader was a 15% discount off a new unit. That's literally just the tax rate!! I was so disappointed. There should be no reason for a 3 year old unit to die like that. Before the Libra 2, I had a Libra H20 that can no longer hold a charge after a few years of use too. I currently own a Clara Colour and we'll see how long this will last...
