It went online Jun 29, 2026!!! What a shock it was to all of us Orthodox Christians, ex-Orthodox or just anyone who follows Orthodox Church news.
And of coarse the refraction has been swift and divided into 2 camps.
What has the brave writer of the substack article say" A quote from Fr. Emmanuel the writer himself:
He then claims a monastic told him the reaction itself was “the proof of what you’re dealing with,” because priests cultivate sheep, “not a pack of hyenas.”^([21]) In a later Facebook post, he said responses from Fr. Josiah’s followers solely consisted of “aggressive personal attacks rather than addressing what was actually written,” showing “loyalty to a figure rather than to The Truth.” Elsewhere, he says his critics “haven’t been able to point out where it’s wrong” and “just criticize me,” adding that “everyone knows an ad hominem attack is when you can’t actually refute the arguments.”
