got referred for carrying angle despite having a normal angle idk what were they upto

AOA I applied in 158 LC but i donot hv domicile my father is posted in karachi and my temp address is of Islamabad mean while final of KPK which is quite harder to get pls if anyone can guide me thru it Jazak Allah
