Ive heard that registrations wont ever open but still. No I don’t want to buy anyones account. No, I have never been banned. Just want some help here

Simple, lets agree that at anytime if you notice registrations are open, help me and some others out by posting if you can, I would really appreciate it. Or don’t :(

Never was able to get into this website, no ive never been banned because I can’t even register. Can anyone tell me why
