EliPropperr told me his starting lease prices are $300 if he produced the beat himself and $600 if it’s a collaboration with another producer.
That surprised me because most beats/leases I’ve come across have been much cheaper, usually around $45-125 depending on the producer.
I’m not saying he’s wrong to charge that if people are willing to pay it. I genuinely like his work. I’m just curious if these prices are considered unusually high.
For those who bought a beat from him did he charge this much? Are artists actually paying these prices regularly?
