Cured my White Tongue (presumably Candida) with Nystatin, but it came back (after few months)

I loved how red my tongue was, but it seems my happiness was short-lived.

Does anyone know what I should do now if I wanna get rid of it permanently?

If I buy Nystatin again, it will just come back. I am now trying a low-carb diet, along with licorice root brew rinses, but those two are not exactly game changers.

In my guess, I need to combine nystatin with something, but I don't know what that something is. Some other medicine? Nystatin clearly helps but it's also missing something since a recurrence happened.

[Feedback] Pioneer mode, 15-settlers, 15k-mats & 5k-food. I raided some bandit settlements. What's the end-game?

My not-so-pretty castle

Firstly, I wanna say I love the gameplay and how the building mechanics play a role in combat.

But I expected some more difficulty from Pioneer mode:

  • Once you get fortifications and 10 trained crossbowmen you can easily resist a few 30person raids in a row without any loses. Perhaps this is for realism. But it makes the game very easy.
  • I also raided bandit settlements without issues. I tried to raid a castle but it was too difficult for now at least, but probably not for long.

I remember people mentioning the end-game. Is raiding a castle then, considered the 'end-game'?

Feedback:

If I was to rate the game, I'd say that I absolutely love it, but the raids feel very instanced, the world feels artificial and scripted, instead of alive, and the difficulty is too simple and AI too silly.

I understand this is a very complex project and so far it does very well so maybe I should wait a little and come back in the future. My biggest issue is that: once we repel the first few raids it stops feeling like a challenge, and feels more like a Sims game.

But it's still a great title that I had a lot of fun with, and to be honest I played some similar games but this one is clearly the most ambitious out of the genre, and is super enjoyable.

Until we gain an edge, that is. Maybe I am unlike the other players but once I stop struggling I lose interest.

Still I am very glad I came across this title so I hope no one considers this post to be pretentious (it's not the intention). I really like the game and hope the world in it will become more challenging and alive, and less instanced or random, so that the world-scale actions actually matter and have some weight. (Example: raids dont actually travel to us from nearby settlements, they just spawn randomly, and once we beat them, it doesn't reduce strength of a settlement, it's as if nothing happened, imo).

It's still a great and inspiring title though. Very thankful to the authors for putting all that effort in.

[Bug] Gobbler perk makes us eat 50% faster but it also gives us creation points? Shouldnt it cost creation points instead?

https://preview.redd.it/tlo9tjzqqw2h1.png?width=502&format=png&auto=webp&s=93255bc3222d917c17d93eda084b5174d1d10aaf

Maybe I dont understand this perk at all, but to me it seems like it 1. adds you points and 2. makes you eat faster. Seems like a bug to me. If it does what I said it does, then it probably should cost points not give them.

Are Settler Presets supposed to not save/load their exact skills? Because they don't

I'm not sure if I should put the Question flair or the Bug flair but it does look like a Bug to me.

  1. When I save/load a settler preset, everything gets restored properly except their skills.
  2. Those get randomized each time I load a preset.
  3. Example: I have 10Art, 20Melee on a settler, then I save the settler. Then I go back to menu, and start a new game, and load said preset. It doesn't restore 10Art, 20Melee, both values instead get randomized.

Or is that how it is supposed to be? Pretty annoying to be honest. Hopefully they change or fix it. I like to manually adjust my skills to create the perfect group. I understand lot of people here consider this semi-cheating and just prefer to play randomly - that's something I like as well, but most of the time I prefer to have full control, not forcing anyone to do the same tho.
