Ast and Alt levels

Hi!

A month and a half ago I took a blood test and it said my Ast was 49, and my Alt was 55. For reference, I am a young woman with a BMI of 20.5. My doctor said I had nothing to worry about, but last week when I went to the gynecologist for unrelated reasons, she immediately said that these levels were very alarming. She said that I needed to immediately cut off sugar and stop drinking (I haven't had a drink in over three years so this wasn't a problem). She ordered me to redo my blood test. Yesterday my results came back and my Alt is now 35, while my Ast 44. Should I Iook further into this? The complete opposite reactions my doctors had, has left me a bit confused 😅The thing is my doctor seemed extremely dismissive and I doubt she would prescribe me a visit to a hepatologist, and I can't tell her to prescribe me another visit to the gynecologist to talk about liver issues lol

Thank you in advance for any help and advice!
