I would like to buy a windows phone with physical buttons either windows phone 7/8.1/10 is fine but I want the best I can get for less than 60$ if possible also LTE for data only

I have just installed a Windows Phone Emulator, because currently I don't have a Windows Phone and I want to make this Emulator as good and as useful as possible it is windows phone 8 and it is running on visual studio 2013 update 5 please state recommendations.
