I'm disappointed ASUS. G16 IS TRASH
G16 is the worst laptop I have ever owned.
I spent nearly $3,000 on what was supposed to be a flagship laptop! I bought the G16 GU605MI in 2024, and within the past two years, I have had to send it in for repairs F**KING 3 times.
Even when it was brand new, it did not work properly. After unboxing the keyboard had noticeable input lag, and I had to wait months for a software update before the laptop finally functioned normally.
After only a few months, the color around the edges started to fade.
The heat caused the rubber feet to loosen and eventually fall off.
Then the left speaker was torn and had to be replaced
Now, the screen is flickering, and it appears to be a hardware issue again!
It should come with a lifetime warranty, not just a two-year one.
