Any idea what is going on with these numbers?

Any idea what is going on with these numbers?

Any idea what's wrong with this system? I'm having issues with my second-floor HVAC system. It's an eight year old 2.5 ton american standard unit. The outdoor unit, air handler, and ducts are all eight years old. The air handler and ducts are in a vented attic. During hot days (over 80 degrees), the system does not work well. The delta t is only 7-9 degrees, and the humidity goes up to 75-84%. Any help you can provide is much appreciated. Thank you

How to make a t-shirt design for my students that is the right file and size.

Hello, I'm a teacher, and I would like to make some t-shirts for my students to start the new school season in September. I had Claude make a few designs for me, and I picked the one I liked most. I was going to use Printful or a similar service, but it seems the design needs to be a vector file at least 300 dpi. The file I have right now is a PNG file, and it is not the right size. I was wondering what I could use to make my file a vector file that is at least 300 dpi so that I can print it. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Low delta and high humidity issues. Please Help!

Hello, these readings in the photo were taken on an 82-degree day. The humidity does not go down when the second-floor unit runs; it stays the same or goes up on really hot days as high as 78%. hoping someone on here can help me figure out what is causing the cooling and humidity issues with my second-floor central HVAC unit. I live in NY. We have an expanded cape that is roughly 2,000 sq. ft. The first and second floors are both around 1,000 sq. ft. and have their own units. The second floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and one walk-in closet. Ceiling height is about 8 feet, and the entire second floor is eight years old. I have an eight-year-old 2.5-ton American Standard single-stage system for the second floor. All the ducts are also eight years old. The furnace/air handler is located in the attic, which is vented through the soffits and roof rigid vent (I think I am saying that correctly). I have insulation on the attic floor and no attic fan. The air handlers for both floors are in the attic. Delta on a hot day for the first floor is always at least 12-15 degrees. The second floor runs 8-10 degrees. Why does one work great and the other one does not? Why does the humidity go up so high when the 2nd-floor unit runs on hot days instead of going down? Thank you

HVAC cooling and humidity issues

Hello, hoping someone on here can help me figure out what is causing the cooling and humidity issues with my second-floor central HVAC unit. I live on Long Island, NY. Up until last summer, when the capacitor went out, I had no issues with this unit. After that, I noticed the system struggling on hot days to cool down to 74 or 75 degrees and running louder on startup and while on. I decided to buy a thermal gun to read the delta, and on hot days when it is over 80, it only gets about an 8-10 degree delta. When the temp is below 70, it normally runs like a champ with a delta of about 15 -16 degrees. I also started to notice that when it runs, and it's hot outside, the humidity will increase instead of decreasing, and not by a little; sometimes it will go up by 15%. The highest I have seen it is 75%. We sleep with the house very cold at night, normally around 64-63 degrees. I know this is not the norm, but the system has always been able to hit that temp rather easily until the last year. I have had two different HVAC companies come to check the unit, both of whom were the owners, and they were shocked the unit could even cool down that low when new. The unit has been cleaned within the last year, and the pressure and freon are both good. One of them said he does not even think the unit is running any worse than when it was new. He recommended I install an attic fan or insulate the attic roof. He thinks the heat in the attic is causing the issue. He does not install attic fans, so he was not trying to upsell me. I just don't understand why the attic would be an issue now when it wasn't before if the unit is still running at peak performance. Also, my first-floor air handler is in the attic as well, and the ducts run down to my first-floor ceiling from there. That unit is working great, and when it runs, the humidity goes down, not up. So, if they are both in the attic and the attic is the issue, why does one work great and the other one does not? The first-floor unit is one year older. The first-floor temp is normally 70-72, as we only sleep with the AC cold upstairs. Sorry for the long post, but I want to be sure I hit on all the important points so that you have the whole picture. I really appreciate any help you can provide me. Thank you
