[macOS 27 DB2] while changing from one window to another the transition seems slow compare to macOS 26??

and one thing more that when I get to another window, doc appears and doesn't go till I change to another window. at 0:05 you can see this

According to me JUT

-> They don't have a timeline its like whenever they feel like just drop the End SEM.
-> Results take forever.(baki duniya 1 sem aaage chalti hai)
-> Even if you are pass in the exam they manage to write incorrect marks in the TR/mark sheet. Which can lead to back. (if anyone want explanation can ask).
-> They are not even capable to provide syllabus on time.
