Switzerland vs Australia
Sorry, this is a bit of a personal question, but I'm genuinely feeling confused and would really appreciate your advice.
I'm a physiotherapist currently living in Egypt, and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Egypt. I'm at a crossroads between two life-changing career paths, and I'd really like your opinion on which option is more realistic.
The first option is to learn German, move to Germany, stay there until I obtain German citizenship, and during that time possibly complete a master's degree. After getting citizenship, I could then move to Switzerland.
The second option is to invest my time in completing the Australian physiotherapy equivalency process and preparing for the required exams.
Which path do you think is more realistic and practical?
At the moment, my German level is A2, and I know I need to reach B2. I don't know enough about the current situation in either country to judge which option is more realistic. Salary is also an important consideration for me and my family.
I've also heard that working as an independent physiotherapist under the NDIS can be very profitable, but I'm not sure how easy it is in practice to find work through the NDIS or how realistic it is to build a successful private clinic in Australia.
From your perspective, which of these two paths is more likely to provide higher long-term financial returns while still being realistic and achievable? Considering that I'm starting from Egypt with an Egyptian physiotherapy degree, which path would you recommend?
I'd really appreciate your thoughts and advice.
