What does Jay's hair look like when it isn't spiked up or slicked back? Is it the same as Val's but neck-length?

What does Meg do now? I saw the first season of the recent season and I'm totally lost on what she's been up to. I heard she was in college, but what profession is she taking? Also, in "Boston Stewie" she mentioned something about an abortion or something, and she also mentioned something that's related to her system, so did she get problems with her uterus or something? Was is something that she somehow contracted after being the surrogate mother to Bruce and his partner? Can anybody fill me in on all this?
