Ice cream replacements?

I was diagnosed with fatty liver a few weeks ago and I’m generally doing well sticking to my new, strict diet. Losing weight, making healthy swaps. But damnit I miss ice cream so bad. Sure there’s healthy, fruit-only popsicles but they don’t satisfy the same craving. Any suggestions for fatty liver friendly ice cream swaps. Something to curb the sweet creamy frozen dessert need?

Ps- Please don’t say plain nonfat frozen Greek yogurt with some fruit in it. I know that’s really the best swap from a health standpoint but i just don’t like it.

Hello! I just had an ultrasound for a kidney stone and they happened to find I have a fatty liver.

I was referred to a gastroenterologist and for an MRI but it’ll be a while before they can get me in. Idk what stage I have. In the meantime, I’m trying to eat better and move more but I need advice for what to eat. I’m not looking for “stick to the Mediterranean diet!”, I know. I’m workin on it

I’m trying to reduce carbs, fats, and added sugars. But like.. is it reduce all these things in general, or swap for healthier options (eg. brown rice, sweet potatoes, avocados), or both? And am

I missing something else to reduce? Or something I need more of? My primary care doctor was not specific.

Also, really struggling with the lack of snacks. Of course I can have some fruit or veggies, but what recommendations do y’all have for pre packaged grab and go foods for busy mornings

And dessert 😭 I have such a sweet tooth. Grapes can only get me so far.

Edit: I’ve read about the benefits of beets and garlic for fatty liver.. are they still beneficial if I eat them pickled?
