Qinzhou teapot - my first clay pot!

Hi,

this is my first unglazed or non-porcelain teaware. It’s Qinzhou clay not Yixing but I thought the people of this sub may enjoy it.

Can anyone translate the writing on the pot? Google can’t manage it.

if anyone has any words of wisdom regarding this pot they are always appreciated.

Have a great day!

Webber spirit e325 gbs - griddle and pizza stone opinions?

Does anyone have any experience with the above gas bbq and its gbs accessories? I’m mainly interested in how the griddle and pizza stone hold up as it hits some impressive temps with those sear zone burners.

thanks in advance

Solicitor has “sacked” the vendors

update.
I have been told by the agent their solicitor ended the process as she believed the clients “had lost faith in her ability to purchase the property”. And that this had happened before with her due to her being very old, grumpy and very stubborn around modern building developments road adoptions etc. Their words not mine. Apparently she has passed the files onto another company (her recommendation) already and we should hear from them today/monday. despite you all being so sure of yourselves it appears that she was just incompetent and her and the vendors have been arguing (she is also being pressured from 4 other solicitors who have been ready with contracts for a month now)

*I use the term sacked as that’s what the solicitor said to the vendor/agent.

*chill out on the downvotes you animals, I’m just relaying the information I have in what is a situation I’ve never even heard of (despite living though 12+ house sales)

The vendors of the house were buying (who are lovely people btw) have just informed the agent their solicitor is “sacking” them and refusing to finish the sale. We have been ready to exchange contracts, I’ve paid the deposit etc, for over a week now and their solicitor has been holding everyone up. Shes refusing to move their purchase forward because of an outstanding query - lack of building completion certificate, although the development has a completion cert and they are cash buyers willing to waive or get indemnity. Their solicitor has today said they are being too pushy and she is no longer willing to work for them.

I’m absolutely livid as our situation is about to become infinitely harder with nowhere to live and school holidays coming up, not to mention our storage and cat home are becoming unavailable at the end of the month.

My question is, assuming the solicitor has “sacked” them, how long is it going to take to get this purchase across the line? Do they need to re-do searches with the new solicitor? We really like the house but if we have to move into rented, empty our storage, move our cat etc realistically we may have to pull out of the sale all together, something we are desperate not to do.

Sorry for the vent, I’ve been trying to move house for over two years now and the process is taking its toll on my physical and mental health. Any input is appreciated and I pray this doesn’t mean loosing out on another property.

Siyutao website

I’ve checked and there’s only one post about this website and it’s fairly inconclusive. does anyone who’s knowledgable have any info about it? is it trustworthy? the prices seem believable but im obviously cautious to use a website that’s unverified by the world of reddit 😆 TIa
