They want BLOOD. They want your time, your effort, your patience, your best performance like you're applying to be a lawyer . And what do YOU get in return? Total radio silence. Disorganised chaos. Zero respect for the weeks of your time you spent waiting.
All that hoops, all that stress, all that "we need this perfect answer" and they can't even be bothered to send a standard email on time.
They demand maximum effort from you but give you bare minimum professionalism in return.
