Changing profile picture
🇬🇧 I’m a new student at PoliTo and I’ll start in September. I opened a ticket asking to change my profile picture, cause I already completed the enrollment and I couldn’t do it myself. They answered me that they couldn’t change it cause it was “validated during the Til phase”. I don’t understand what it means but I just need to know if I’ll be able to change my pfp before the Smart Card will be created. (To be precise, I asked to change the pfp before the enrollment).
🇮🇹 Sono un nuovo studente del PoliTo e inizierò a settembre. Ho aperto un ticket chiedendo di cambiare la foto profilo, perché ho già completato l’immatricolazione e non posso cambiarla autonomamente. Mi hanno risposto che non possono cambiarla perché è stata “validata durante la fase del Til”. Non so cosa voglia dire ma ho solo bisogno di sapere se potrò cambiarla prima che venga creata la Smart Card. (A essere precisi, avevo chiesto la sostituzione ancora prima dell’immatricolazione).
