I’ve been on Buspar since October 2025. At first, it seemed like it was helping with the mental stuff (doesn’t do diddly for the physical anxiety) but now, after being unable to do what I set out to do with traveling and losing to an entire week of anxiety + having two other panic attacks, one that cost me a friendship… I’m starting to wonder if it’s working. Do I quit (taper off?) or lessen my dose? I take 10mg am and 10mg pm. The only serious side effect I’ve had is increased
Muscle pain and stiffness and TMJ.
