When to submit final ECF?

I know this has been asked to death, but the answers seem to be all over the place.

I have 117/120 eligible payments.

#118: June, payment made and recognized on FSA but I have not submitted the ECF yet

#119: July, payment made but the empty green circle has not yet shown up on FSA

#120: August, payment will be made on the 1st and will be my final payment

My payments are made on the 1st of the month, usually not recognized til the end of the month. However, my June payment took a bit longer to show up on FSA and did not appear as eligible til 7/3.

How long after my August 1st payment should I submit my final ECF? The day after? Only after the green circle appears and it's recognized as eligible? It may not show up til September, at which point I may have made a useless September payment.

I'd like to submit it as soon as possible, but can I do it before it shows up on FSA?

What kind of rod is this?

I love skinny rods. Recently I saw this rod for sale, listed as a 7’6” rainshadow revelation blank, ML. Unfortunately the listing was removed, but I’ve been so enamored that I’m looking to have one custom built.

I’m wanting to build one for inshore fishing, mostly gulf species (reds, speck, flounder, the occasional black drum/tripletail/jack that wander closer to shore). I prefer my rods slightly underpowered.

I’d like a ML, skinny rod with a long handle. I’d like it to be a high end blank.

Is there a name for this style of skinny rod? Do you have a blank suggestion I could approach a builder with? I’ve been interested in NFC and rainshadow.

Thank you for your insight.

What are the legal implications of ChatGPT in notes?

I have noticed more and more hospital notes where the A/P are obviously generated by AI. I've seen mid-levels in the lounge copy-pasting from ChatGPT into their notes, and have now started seeing the same from hospitalists.

Aside from how the plans being generic garbage with no helpful clinical insight, I can't help but feel that there would be some legal risk. Any thoughts on this?
