Is there a way to sleep on my back and not snore?

I’ve been trying everything to reduce my snoring. From what I’ve been told, it has significantly decreased, but it’s still present.

A little about me: I’m 31F, healthy weight (22 bmi), a good looking septum (I think) and I rarely struggle with congestion. I drink about 5 times a year and I don’t smoke. I do usually have a lil snack right before bed.

For a while, I was using mouth tape and nasal strips, and while my partner has said it helps, it doesn’t eliminate the snoring. I figured my jaw must still be coming unhinged despite the tape, so I got one of those chin straps to hold my jaw in place but I still snored.

From my partner says, I tend to only snore when I sleep on my back. I always start the night sleeping on my side, but somehow I always end up on my back. I haven’t yet tried wearing a backpack to bed or a tennis ball sewn into my shirt, only because I’m prone to disrobing in my sleep. If I feel even a hint of discomfort, I’ll remove the source of it lol.

My pillow is quite old, so is there any kind of pillow I should maybe look into? One that will either keep me on my side at night, or possibly help with snoring while I’m on my back?

My doctor did refer me for a sleep study, but I’m just waiting for that appointment. My partner says it doesn’t sound like I’m struggling to breathe or anything, but I’m still going to get the sleep study done. I just want to try everything I can while I wait for my appointment!
