I transferred from the VA as a title 38 to DoD before finishing a 2 year probation at the VA. I finished the required 1 year probation with DoD. I am looking at transferring back to the VA (we are moving). Will I need to start the 2 year probation over again (if I am selected), or does it pick up where I left? There are no breaks in service.
