So my bike keeps hydrolocking, I’ll start it and it’ll start for a second then it will turn off and hydrolock right away, I’ve replaced the fuel petcock and I’m working on the carb right now is there anything else that might be an issue?

I just got a 1993 Dr350 and when I bought it the guy I bought it from got it going in a few kicks and now that I have it I can’t get it to start how can I start it or is there something wrong?
