Just a reminder 10Q is to be released before the open and before the conference call. Among other topics I would expect they would discuss the pending NASDAQ compliance due August 24.

Yahoo finance shows a split of 1606:1000 occurring 6/15/2026. Don’t know what that implies given we received one SMNR for each share of SCLX.

Yahoo chart shows SCLX shares valued at the same percentage drop after the 3 pt correction at June 15. How does this effect warrants etc? Never seen anything like this.

June 5. SCLXx5 as expected.

The status of my Opt-in Agrement was changed today to registration approved. That tells me the Record Date is final and I should receive my coins on the distribution date. That date is currently May 26 but can still be changed to within 60 days of the Record Date (As late as June 29)
