Pepco Bill Usage vs Balance
Can anyone explain what's up with this Pepco bill? I got this via text last night from a family member. I know prices have been going up, but the usage shows $105.96 when the balance is $389.00.
Since it's not my bill I've redacted the homeowner's info. I told her to call Pepco today, but any insight is appreciated.
