What is the warranty policy in your country?
So, I was just wandering, because i see all the people having these issues with returns/warranties.
I am in Czechia and think it is pretty good here.
First, if you buy a thing online, you have 14 days return window, no questions asked - has to be in original packaging, but hey. If you don’t like a thing, you can just return it.
And for the warranty, everything except batteries, we have a 2 year warranty. If there is an issue, you contact the seller, open an RMA and they will take care of it. I see a lot that people go through the manufacturaer a lot and seems like even when they did not buy it from their site.
Also, RMA can be solved by giving you money back, fixing the issue or giving you the same exact product but new. No instore credit or such.
So yea, please share, really interested about this for no reason.
