What registered agent service would you recommend in Nebraska?

I'm getting everything ready for my LLC, and I've reached the point where I need to pick a registered agent. I didn't expect there to be so many companies offering the same service.

I'm not looking for the cheapest option. I'd rather work with a company that's dependable and easy to reach if I ever have questions.

If you've used a registered agent in Nebraska, who did you go with? Has the experience been good, and would you recommend them to someone starting a new business?

Still looking for a CRM that actually fits commercial real Estate.

I've spent the last few weeks testing different CRM platforms, and honestly, I'm starting to feel like they're either far too complicated or packed with features I'll probably never use.

I work in commercial real estate, and my workflow is actually pretty straightforward. Most of my day revolves around building relationships, following up consistently, and making sure no opportunity slips through the cracks. I don't need a giant enterprise system. I just need something that helps me stay organized without getting in my way.

I've explored quite a few options, but many either feel bloated with features I'll never touch or require so much setup that it defeats the purpose of simplifying my workflow.

For those working in commercial real estate, what CRM are you actually using day to day? More importantly, does it make your job easier, or are there things you wish you'd known before committing?

Can an LLC operate in more than one type of business?

I currently own a small landscaping LLC, but recently an opportunity came up to provide a completely different service for another local business.

It got me wondering whether I can legally offer multiple types of services under the same LLC, or if I'd need to update my business or create a separate LLC.

I'm already insured for my current business, but I'm not sure if there are additional licensing, insurance, or filing requirements when expanding into a different line of work.

Best CRM Automation Ideas: Underrated Workflows That Save Time

As our business has grown, we've started relying more on CRM automation to eliminate repetitive tasks and keep our sales process running smoothly. While common automations like email sequences, lead assignments, and follow-up reminders are helpful, I'm curious about the more creative workflows that businesses are using every day.

I'm interested in learning about CRM automations that have made a noticeable difference in productivity, customer experience, or sales performance.

I'd love to hear about automations that aren't commonly discussed but have had a significant impact on your business.

For CRM users, consultants, and administrators, what's the most underrated or creative automation you've built? What problem did it solve, and how much time or effort has it saved your team? I'm looking for practical ideas that go beyond the standard email drip campaigns and basic lead routing.

Is it normal for a contract to name me instead of my single-member LLC?

I recently formed a single-member LLC and started working with my first client under the new business.

When they sent over the agreement, I noticed it lists me as the independent contractor and references my LLC, rather than identifying the LLC itself as the contracting party.

I was expecting the contract to be between the client and my LLC, with me performing the work on behalf of the business. Instead, it seems like I'm personally named throughout the agreement.

Is this a common way to structure contracts for single-member LLCs, or should the LLC usually be the party signing the agreement? I'd appreciate hearing how your clients typically handle this and whether it's something I should ask them to revise.
