Looking for a flat abroad, what signifies the flat?

My question is "Will I manage to find a flat in the foreign country that I'm moving to?", but I'm not sure what I should use to signify the flat. Suggestions I've seen include the 4th house (housing matter), the 9th house (abroad), the 4th from the 4th (my next residence), but I haven't managed to find a case scenario that matches mine exactly. What is your opinion?

Will I manage to find a flat abroad?

I'm supposed to have a temporary move to a foreign country with a tough housing market, and my existing arrangement fell through at the last moment and I need to look all over again.

However, I'm not sure what should signify the flat - 4th house ruler? 9th house ruler? 4th from 9th? 4th from 4th?

I posted the whole chart for what it's worth, but for now I'm mostly seeking input on what represents the flat.
