Honestly I think he still has some decent potential with a good supporting cast and coaching and an opportunity to excel. Hes certainly got the skill maybe just needs a fresh start. Definitely wouldnt say hes a busy by any means .

I honestly feel I usually do very well in interviews. Iam personable, confident and experienced for the roles I apply too. The one thing I know I need to work on is asking questions during the interview. I usually get asked at some point if I have any questions and I usually politely say not at this time. Sometimes I may have one or two. I just dont want to come across disinterested or unprepared. I just usually freeze when ever that is asked. I feel like this hurts my chances. Mind you its a small piece of the interview where the majority of it I feel great about.
