Hi guys, i was diagnosed about 6 months ago with mild sleep apnea. 13 AHI/hr and 3.7 reras an hour. All of my 99 AHIs were hypopneas. Is it possible I actually have uars and not sleep apnea? I’ve been on cpap for 6 months and my sleep still feels terrible even though my AHI is under 5 usually but have some CAs in the second half of the night. Thanks

Has anyone figured out how to sleep with this disease? I’ve never woken up refreshed and just feels like my body can never relax at bedtime. I’ve tried a night dose no night dose etc I’m not sure
