I have to walk a lot

Hi,
I’m worried about my recovery, since i now have new schedule in school.
I have courses on two separate campuses, and I have to walk to school. I don’t own a car or even a licence, and unfortunately don’t have money for taking the bus that much. Ive gotten now almost 20k steps everyday.
Can I just make sure im properly fueled or is my recovery just gonna dip here:\

How to recognize hunger cues

Hii
I was wondering if someone has any advice or like podcasts or books about it, but when will i learn whats hunger again?
I think im still so lost when im hungry and when im not, even tho ive been recovering now for 2 months and i wasnt even eating that low anymore before recovery.

I think i feel hungry all the time now, but not like that way when my stomachs really empty and growling. But i just think that if i just misread the signs or what and i think especially at afternoon the growling hunger doesnt really even come?
Will i learn how to actually read my body, because after all the tracking and dieting and all i just feel like a robot and that i cant listen to my body anymore?

Feels scary

I dont know how to start this i think im just trying to find some approval or similar experiences
Also TW idk if the way i talk can be triggering to smb im sorry🥹

Ive started to snack after having dinner. I go into the kitchen even tho im full and just eat everything i have. Not even junk, carrots, peanut butter, cottage cheese, one night i even had cucumber with salt?
It makes me anxious because i dont know if its some kind of extreme hunger, or am i just eating because im bored and i dont restrict so much anymore. I just feel like that im ”losing the control”. I used to be almost obese and the thought of falling back into old eating habits makes me so scared.

Even tho i know im in ha recovery i dont feel like its okay for me to do that. Ive been eating way over my calories everyday

Also to add im bmi 21

want to quit

hi,
I just need maybe some advice and support for my journey.
I just started to increase my intake and i shouldnt even be on a surpuls yet( planning on increasing slowly) but i want to stop once again(ive tried to increase my intake before) because i am so bloated and constipated. I feel so disgusting and want to stop, but i know if i dont increase my intake, i will never know how much my actual intake is( i havent increased it over certain amount after my body adapted to too less) and i will never have functioning body or my period back.

Just to add im at healthy weigh, thats why this is really hard for me. My rn goal is to maybe build some muscle and to get my period back. But im really afraid of gaining weigh

I dont know if i wrote this well enough, english isnt my first language sorry:(

feels so hard

Hi i don’t really know how to start this but i just thought i could get some advice and help from here?
ALSO TW for using numbers!!

I’m 18 year old and i recently found out my period is gone. I came off birth control pills and since then i haven’t had a period. I thought my hormones were fine, as i received the ”withdrawal bleeding” at the end of the contraceptive pills every month.

I was on the pill for about 3 years and during the end of 2024 and 2025 i lost around 40lbs. I used to be bmi 28 and now im around 21.

I started working out in the gym last fall and ive been consistent ever since. I have gained a lot of muscle, but i think ive still under fueled myself, since i havent increased my intake from over 2100 after my metabolism adapted to 1300-1500.

Now i started to eat 2200(which should be about my maintenance)after ive eaten around 1800-2000 daily(i stopped counting and accidentally underate)

Ive gained around 2lbs now in a week and i feel horrible. I just want to stop, im super constipated and bloated all the time.
I feel like i don’t deserve to recover or gain any weight, because im already healthy weight.

I have been trying to be in a surplus for so many times, because i really want to gain muscle and be healthy, and know where my maintenance goes, but everytime this happens i freak out and stop

And just to add i do 5 times 60min lifts per week and walk minium 10k steps a day.
