If I had one piece of advice for everyone in nursing school right now it would be TO NETWORK!!! Please try to talk to the charges, managers, nurses, about working on the floor that you do clinicals on! This is something I really wish I did more in school. It’s very hard to get hired in California right now and if you have connections you will be hired over literally anybody else.
