Guava Fig x2, Ravenberry x2

ENVIROMENT

27X27 Veg Tent under a Viparspectra 1500xs set 24" above canopy with a ppfd of 175-200 Will be transferred to a 4x4 Vivosun smart grow hub under two Aerolight AW200se. Humidity is dialed in at 70% with Ambient air 25.5c

All 4 girls have officially broke the surface. Guava Fig 1(GF1) and Guava Fig 2(GF2) and Ravenberry 2(RB2) have all shed their shell. Ravenberry 1(RB1) is a clinger. Removed dome from the 3 and left it on RB1.

Guava Fig x2, Ravenberry x2

The Lineup:

2x Mephisto Genetics - Guava Fig

2x Mephisto Genetics - Ravenberry

The Setup:

Tent: Starting in a 27x27 tent for the seedling phase, will transition to a 4x4 Vivosun later.

Lighting: ViparSpectra for the start \rightarrow dual Vivosun AeroLight Wing 200SE units in the 4x4 for veg/flower.

Automation & Climate: Vivosun GrowHub E24A controller managing a 6" inline exhaust and humidifier.

Medium: Pro-Mix HP (High Porosity) pre-dampened to a clean 5.8–6.0 pH.

Pots: 5-Gallon Fabric Pots.

Nutrients/Additives: Advanced Nutrients lineup, kicking off with a light dose of Voodoo Juice directly in the planting hole for that early microbe push.

⏱️ Day 0 Log (May 17)

9:22 AM: Seeds officially went into a plain water soak.

9:10 PM: After a solid soak, all 4 seeds have been transferred into damp paper towels and are now resting in the dark tent.

The goal is to let them pop their taproots here in the 27x27 under humidity domes while my current Guava Fig finishes up her final weeks ripening in the 4x4.

Stoked to see how the terp profiles compare on these side-by-side later this summer. Wish me luck, fellow Mephheads! 🚀

Looking for comments and advice. First time trying LST and relatively new to growing.

All knowledge is welcome.

Day 36

Bumped the light up to 500 PPFD today to see if she could handle the extra horsepower.

Noticed the upper leaves starting to look a bit stressed under the 24/0 schedule, so I backed it off to a sweet spot of 475 PPFD. Still plenty of push without cooking the canopy.

Day 37

Did a bit of a "demo" in the center of the plant. Took out some of the larger fan leaves that were choking out the middle.

Had a bit of a battle with the VPD—it kept dipping down to 0.9. Got it stabilized back between 1.0–1.2 by bumping up the min fan speed and pointing a clip-on fan upwards from under the pot to keep the air moving through the guts of the plant.

Day 39

Time for a drink. Mixed up a 4L soak with 8ml Micro, 8ml Bloom, and 6ml Cal-Mag.

Decided to cut the "Grow" out entirely. The tips of the leaves are just starting to show a tiny bit of yellow/burn, so I’m backing off the Nitrogen a hair while we focus on the flowers.

Day 40

Finished cleaning up the interior. Sniped 7 more leaves that were shading the lower bud sites. The airflow through the manifold looks way better now.

Had a mini-crisis while mixing—the pH tanked to 4.0. Since I was out of professional pH Up, I used a pinch of baking soda to nudge it back to 6.3 so I didn't lock out the whole site.

Day 42 (Today)

Officially started the Bud Candy today (8ml in 4L). Hoping the extra carbs really start to pack on the frost now that the 14 main colas are established.

The buds are stacking nicely and the white hairs are everywhere. Keeping the scissors in the drawer for at least a week to let her recover and just swell.

Need to grab some actual pH Up tomorrow so I can stop using the kitchen supplies
