Thinking of joining Peaks2Tails? Please read this first

Planning to join any of their courses? Here’s my honest experience before you spend your money.

If you care about your hard-earned money, then please don’t be part of P2T. The only thing they are good at is sales. As soon as you enrol, you’re pretty much on your own.

Videos are completely unstructured and repetitive. I don’t understand why they claim to have 150+ hours of content when literally half of it feels repeated. The videos are unnecessarily long and honestly a torture to sit through. On top of that, most of the videos seem to have been recorded 2–3 years ago and haven’t been updated since. I guess after that, they’ve been too busy collecting money :)

All the important Excel files that are used during the teaching aren’t shared with students, apparently because they’re copyrighted. I mean, WTF? We’re literally paying for the course. The focus should be on the latest technologies like Python and SAS, with Excel being used as a teaching tool. Instead, there is an unnecessary amount of weightage given to Excel. Also If you are promoting the course to be completely hands on then please build the models in the session itself.

Lastly, there is basically zero doubt or technical support for students. There’s no dedicated portal where current students can directly ask questions to the instructor. WhatsApp groups with 1,000+ participants do not count as proper doubt support.

A ₹399 Udemy course is 10x better than this money-making business. I dont know how are they even justifying their fees. Please avoid this while you still can.

My pro tip: Instead, invest in Claude’s monthly subscription, download the free PDFs of books by Naeem Siddiqui and Tiziano Bellini, and do some good old-fashioned self-study.

Cheers.
