I had vein ablation in the veins above my knees and foam sclerotherapy below the knee on both legs 9 days ago. I wore my compression stockings for 1 week only taking them off to shower as I was instructed.

There was bruising as expected but now I have this rash appearing and it’s very painful to straighten my legs and stand up.

Taking ibuprofen anti-histamine and topical Eurax (anti itch cream).

Has this happened to anyone else who had the same treatment ? Is it something I should contact the doctor about?

Also any tips to help reduce the redness and pain would be very welcome!
