Hello! I applied to USPP in February for experienced. I did all my steps besides the panel interview, after submitting my sf86 I was told I was dropped from the process by recruiting but was never given any official notice and my application was never closed.

Today I received a random email from USA staffing that "You have been referred to the hiring manager for position SP-0083-1 in Washington, District of Columbia"

Any idea why this happened? I didn't re apply so I'm a little bit confused if I'm still in the process or not.
