24F | North Austin | Looking for friends
Hey, I’m 24 and live in North Austin. I’m trying to meet some new people and hopefully find a few people I actually click with.
I’m currently a student at Los Angeles Film School’s online program, working toward a Bachelor of Science in Digital Filmmaking. I’m into the creative side of things, especially video editing, and I’m still learning as I go.
I’m pretty quiet and reserved, especially around people I don’t know. I’m not really the type to walk into a conversation and immediately start talking like we’ve known each other forever. Sometimes I genuinely don’t know what to say, and it can take me a while to get comfortable with someone. Once I do, though, I’m a lot more open.
I’d rather get to know someone online first instead of immediately meeting in person. I’m more comfortable talking through messages, getting used to each other, and seeing if we actually get along before meeting up. I’m not trying to rush anything.
I’m into anime, manga/manhwa, YouTube, movies, shows, video editing, music, and gaming. I play Genshin Impact, Wuthering Waves, Zenless Zone Zero, and Honkai: Star Rail, but I mostly play Genshin.
I’m not really looking for a huge friend group. I’d rather have a few people I can actually talk to, send random stuff to, play games with, joke around with, or just sit there and talk about whatever.
I know I can be awkward and kind of hard to read at first, but I’m genuinely trying to put myself out there more. If you’re also quiet, introverted, awkward, or just prefer taking your time getting to know people, we might get along.
