Seeking advice/help with a Great Pyrenees with bite history

My mom has a Great Pyrenees named Pearl who is about 2 years old. She has had her for around a year after adopting her from a rescue. We don’t know much about Pearl’s life before the rescue, but it is very clear that she had a difficult start and has some significant behavioral issues as a result.
Pearl is reactive, guards her food, and can be unpredictable around people. My mom has gotten pretty good at recognizing her cues and has worked extremely hard to manage her, but Pearl has still snapped at people seemingly without much warning.
Unfortunately, things have escalated. Pearl has now bitten my stepfather multiple times, and most recently, she bit him multiple times during one incident. At this point, my mom is genuinely afraid that someone could get seriously injured, and she no longer feels that she can safely keep Pearl in the home.
My mom has tried **trainers, behavioral specialists, therapy, and numerous other interventions**, but unfortunately nothing has been successful enough to make the situation safe.
After the most recent incident, my mom contacted the rescue she originally adopted Pearl from to see if they could help. They told her there was nothing they could do and that, because of Pearl’s bite history, taking her back would be unethical.
**We absolutely do NOT want to euthanize Pearl.** She is still a young dog, and my mom loves her very much. At the same time, we understand that rehoming a dog with a bite history comes with serious ethical and safety considerations. We do not want to give her to someone who is unaware of her history or put another family in danger.
So I’m hoping people here may have some advice.
Are there any **Great Pyrenees rescues, sanctuary programs, behavior rehabilitation facilities, or other organizations** that specifically work with dogs with serious behavioral issues and bite histories?
Are there any other options we should be considering besides euthanasia?
We are located in **Massachusetts/New England**, but we are willing to travel if there is a legitimate organization that could safely take her.
We are being completely transparent about Pearl’s history because finding a safe and responsible solution is our priority. We just want to exhaust every possible option before making an irreversible decision.
Thank you to anyone who has experience with this or can point us toward an organization or resource we may not know about.
