Stress is eating me up, any remedies?

So i (17F) had a really close friend, let's call her shristi, so her bday is in few days on 21st may, I m thinking that shall I wish her or not cuz....

We both know each other since we were in LKG, so same school same classroom always

We became close in 6th std and everything was going nice , like I took the same college as her in 11th grade, we used to know everything about each other but things started ruining in 12th grade mid, she told me about her boyfriend who's muslim (no hate to muslims, even i have muslim friends but y'all know it's not gonna work out plus she has a very strict and conservative family) so i was totally opposite over this like I told her think about your family bro they will kíll you, hindu muslim never works out and everything, and even that guy was a HUGE REDFLAG like he used to dump her anytime,

But the thing is that she told me about her relationship bohot time baad, like once I was talking to her on call and she said that I m going out on a date, so I said hmm hmm nice joke but she wasn't lying, I mean it's okay she has her own life but she told her ghrpe ki she's going with me to a movie and even gave my number to her ghrwale so they can call and check, like mujhe fasake she was going out with someone and mujhe pta bhi nhi ki kon h kaha hai kaise kuch nhi. After the date she told me and y'all know my reaction, I already told it.

So even after I was totally opposite over this, still our friendship continued, but her behaviour changed like there was ignorance , literally saamne hoke bhi baat nhi krti thi, college mai bhi dekhke undekha kr deti thi, and i remember very clearly that once we were on a call and she said *tu bhi toh R hi h, tune bhi toh close friends pe waisi stories lgayi hai A ko attract krne k liye* (A was my crush btw) i was like yaar aisa kaise bol sakti hai, I used to post what I like , it was literally my videos and photos and i still prefer using close friends feature cuz of my privacy i literally have 2-3 guys and 3 girls over it out of my 200 followers and I m a sl#t cuz I do that, istg i froze there when she said this and i felt so bad, the friendship was already ruining like she stopped seeing my msgs and replying them, even in college everybody knew that we are besties but it was very clear that she was ignoring me, so I also backed off,.... also she completely ignored me after that like i remember seeing her at the bus stop after boards and still ignoring, she used to accidently sit besides our common friend and only talked to her and used to say that "aree maine toh terko notice bhi nhi kiya" aisi bohot cheeze hui hai.

Now after reading all this y'all be like have some self respect don't wish shristi on her bday and all, but we have known each other for like 13 yrs now, and the only thing which makes me think that shall i wish her or not is, when 10th grade was over, my Nani was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, and it was my bday a week after, everyday i used to see her health deteriorating and it completely broke me, also my ex cheated on me with multiple girls and sl#tshamed me that because of me he did all this (i know it sounds very immature for a 10th grader telling about her ex, but the cheating didn't, his sl#tshaming broke me) and I found it on my bday and even he blamed me for it she was the only person who used to hold me close when I was howling, 2 weeks after my bday, i lost my Nani, and she was there for me at every point, that's why yeh sab yaad krke it is confusing me that in this 6-7 yrs long friendship, she has been with me in my lowest of lowest phase in my life, that's why I was thinking that what shall I do?
