Anyone following Blueprint protocol with symptomatic Hypermobility?

I've been doing the majority of the protocol for 2.5 years and have also spent a huge amount of that time ill with one virus or another.
Overall, hypermobility mostly means that all energy expenditure is much more expensive than for normal people. I have found it impossible to keep my Whoop strain score under 15, often ending up in the 18-22 range.
I think I have much lower reserves than normal people, and essentially routine daily pushing hard exercise is guaranteed to take so much from my immune system that I catch every virus and it sticks around for 10-14 days. I spent the first 2 years of doing the blueprint protocol pushing through this and being sick nearly constantly. I have spent the last 6 months trying to figure out how to be more chill and only do hard workouts when my body is giving me the signal that this is safe. And I have struggled massively with feeling like a failure who is not doing all of the right things to optimize health and longevity.
I eat a perfect diet every day and I am usually getting a sleep score of at least 88. A "sedentary" day for me is generally a minimum of 12k steps, and hours of puttering around the house cooking and cleaning. I do work too much but have taken steps to be less intense and do fewer hours of work over the past 6 months, it has helped, but not as dramatically as I would like.
I wish Bryan and the team would do more content on recovery, how to recover optimally, how to not beat yourself up when not achieving by the book perfection. I feel so envious of Bryan being able to do the same hard workout every day.
If you have hypermobility or any other condition where your immune system does not perform optimally, how do you deal with this?
